About the role

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Controller for an established cosmetic and plastic surgery practice. This is a full-time opportunity based in Austin, TX, with the first 90 days onsite and the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter. The Controller will take ownership of the organization’s day-to-day accounting function while partnering directly with a fractional CFO. This role will be responsible for closing the books, managing bills and accounting operations, and helping rebuild and strengthen the organization’s accounting processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation, healthcare industry experience, proficiency with QuickBooks, and an interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency.
