About the Role

NOW CFO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller Consultant to join our Columbus, OH team. The Controller Consultant will provide financial expertise and guidance to businesses, working with companies to develop and implement financial strategies, improve financial performance, and manage financial risks. The ideal candidate should excel in high-level accounting, managerial accounting, and finance activities, including overseeing financial reporting and payroll duties. We value candidates with a strong background in financial management, certifications, and experience across multiple industries (preferably manufacturing, construction, non-profit, and healthcare).

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with risk management. Ultimately, you’ll ensure compliance with accounting regulations, maximize profits, and mitigate risks.
