Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Manage and mentor accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
