Controller

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Oversee collections and develop cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary and other specialized accounting requirements
• Manage financial activities for affiliated entities as needed
• Maintain accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Administer and optimize accounting systems and related processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle accounting operations
• Background in a professional services environment, with legal industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and proven leadership skills
