About the Role
The Control Room Machine Operator plays a critical hands-on role in manufacturing high-quality dental products in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. This position supports daily production operations to help the company meet customer demand by efficiently producing products while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. As an essential part of the team, the Control Room Machine Operator contributes directly to product consistency, reliability, and customer satisfaction by following standardized processes, working collaboratively with others, and taking pride in producing products that support oral health.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Set up, operate, and maintain all mixing, filling, and packaging equipment efficiently.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain safety and quality standards by following all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform in-process quality checks and identify or escalate defects or issues.
- Follow procedures relating to proper storage and handling of chemicals, labels, and other packaging supplies.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, Production Leads, and Supervisors to support team and production operations.
- Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are comfortable with repetitive tasks that require consistency and focus.
- Able to work independently to stay on task while collaborating effectively with a team to meet shared production goals.
- Strong attention to detail and take pride in following processes to ensure safety, quality, and accuracy.
Who You’ll Work With
- Work as part of a collaborative and talented production team, partnering with fellow operators to meet quality, safety, and production goals.
- Report directly to the Production Supervisor, with day-to-day support and guidance from a Production Lead.
