Control Center Operations Specialist

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot system installations at our customer sites
• Respond to system alarms and complete system actions
• Maintain detailed logs of events and troubleshooting
• Analyze and identify cause of system issues, supporting our Field Service Technicians remotely with system troubleshooting efforts
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors and other groups

Skills and Experience

• Positive can do attitude
• Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Analytical and proficient in MS Office

Working Hours

• 24/7 operations in rotating shift schedule
• Working hours: 8-hour shifts to support 24-hour operation
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School or Community college education

Pay

• Salary Ranges: $28.02 - $40.32
