Control Center Analyst

Professional Experience

• Experience in exchange operations, trading support, market surveillance, or real-time monitoring environments is preferred
• Experience working in time-sensitive roles requiring rapid decision-making and escalation is preferred
• Familiarity with trading systems, order flow, or financial market operations is preferred
• Experience documenting incidents, issues, or operational events in a structured and auditable manner is preferred
• Strong communicator able to coordinate across operations, compliance, and engineering teams is preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of experience in exchange operations, trading support, surveillance, or related roles is required
• Ability to operate effectively in a real-time, high-pressure environment is required
• Experience with monitoring tools, dashboards, or alerting systems is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness are required
• Clear written and verbal communication skills are required
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed is preferred
• Preferred: Experience working at an exchange, FCM, broker-dealer, or trading firm
• Preferred: Familiarity with market structure and trading behavior is preferred

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, alerts, and actions taken is required
• Communicate effectively with Market Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams during live events is required
• Follow established procedures to ensure actions are consistent, fair, and transparent is required
• Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes, tools, and runbooks is required
• Participate in shift coverage to ensure continuous oversight of exchange activity is required
