Contracts Specialist for Global Leader

Global leader is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the review, administration, and management of contracts across a wide range of consulting projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and revise client contract agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), master service agreements (MSAs), large engineering contracts, joint venture agreements, and construction contracts.
  • Negotiate all contract terms and conditions within client contracts, NDAs, joint venture agreements, and other legal documents to ensure alignment with company policies and risk management strategies.
  • Analyze contract terms and conditions, identifying potential legal, commercial, and operational risks.
  • Support contract negotiations and coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Monitor contract performance, compliance obligations, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Maintain contract records, amendments, renewals, and related documentation within contract management systems.
  • Assist project managers with contract interpretation and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of contract administration, contract management, procurement, legal support, or related experience.
  • Strong drafting and negotiations skills.
  • Experience reviewing commercial agreements, service agreements, master service agreements (MSAs), NDAs, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with contract management software or enterprise systems is preferred.
