About the role
A Contracts Specialist Manager (SME) is needed to provide expert contract management support to the organization. The role involves managing contracts from inception to termination, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure adherence to legal and organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
- Prepare and present contract status reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain contract templates and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management.
- Experience in legal or compliance roles preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
