Responsibilities
- Draft, review, process, and manage routine commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, independent contractor agreements, amendments, and renewals
- Administer and maintain the company’s contract lifecycle management system (Ironclad), including intake workflows, approval routing, execution tracking, and repository management
- Track contract obligations, renewal dates, expirations, and key milestones to ensure timely follow-up and compliance
- Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and supporting documentation aligned with company standards
- Cook up and coordinate with outside counsel and internal legal leadership on agreements requiring specialized legal review, including data use and privacy-related agreements
- Identify and escalate non-standard contract terms, legal risks, and policy exceptions appropriately
- Support legal operations initiatives, process improvements, and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability
Requirements
- Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Contracts Administrator, Legal Operations Specialist, or in a similar role
- Experience managing routine commercial agreements and contract workflows
- Experience using contract lifecycle management systems; Ironclad experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or other regulated industries preferred
- Familiarity with privacy, compliance, and data-related agreements highly preferred
- Experience collaborating with outside counsel and legal service providers preferred
- Experience contributing to process improvement or legal operations initiatives preferred

Pay
Pay Range: $95,000 – $115,000/yr, dependent upon relevant experience, education, and qualifications
