About the role
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contract management processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee contract management processes including drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal standards and company policies
- Manage contract renewals and terminations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract administration
- Prepare and maintain contract files in an organized manner
- Monitor contract performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or related field
- Experience working with legal documents and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
