PHARMACY SERVICES CONTRACT MANAGER
JOB DUTIES
Supervise the Contract Management Section and serve as Contract Manager for the Department’s pharmacy services contract, coordinating procurement, contract management, and compliance activities while maintaining communication with the pharmacy contractor.
Oversee statewide pharmacy service fulfillment, assist in policy development and dissemination, and provide technical assistance to staff and contractors to ensure compliance with Health Services Bulletins.
Prepare and submit reports for department leadership, legislative staff, and external authorities such as the Correctional Medical Authority.
Collaborate with Bureau leadership and other department directors to resolve pharmacy service issues and support special projects, including budget and legislative initiatives.
Manage pharmacy-related records, coordinate medication and supply deliveries, and foster a positive work environment with management, peers, and stakeholders; occasional travel may be required.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be certified as a Florida Certified Contract Manager or have the ability to become a Florida Certified Contract Manager within six months of hire.
- Preference will be given to those with experience managing contracts related to pharmacy or 5 years of experience working in the field of pharmacy.
