Contracts Manager
About the role
The Contracts Manager will support all phases of the acquisition life cycle, applying expertise in contracts management to identify, manage, and mitigate risk. They will also support strategic discussions for future contract opportunities and competitive proposals, analyze solicitations and teaming agreements, negotiate contracts, and manage post-award contract administration.
Responsibilities
- Support contract pre-proposal efforts, RFP/RFQ support, proposal support and submission, and post-award contract administration
- Work directly with industry or government procurement officials
- Manage multiple critical internal and external deadlines
- Negotiate contracts with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements
- Interpret federal regulations including FAR
- Manage risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with teams on topics such as intellectual property protection, organizational conflicts of interest, and sensitive data protection
Requirements
- Experience with contract types, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time and Materials, or Incentive Fee contracts
- Ability to interpret federal regulations including FAR
- Secret clearance
Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with contract management
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience with contract management

Pay
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).

This position offers a flexible schedule, with options including remote, hybrid, and onsite work arrangements.
