About the role

We are looking for a talented Contracts Manager to support our Ring, Blink, Amazon Key and Sidewalk (RBKS) teams. You'll help us grow our business and help us scale by supporting and negotiating a variety of contracts, with a secondary role supporting work for product counsel on the legal team. You will work directly with business teams to manage a wide variety of contract requests and negotiations. You must be a thought leader in optimizing and streamlining deal forms and document management systems, using AI tools as a preferred solution wherever possible.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts
• Managing a high volume of daily contract inquiries of all shapes and sizes
• Optimizing the organizations existing document and information management tools, using AI as a preferred solution
• Improving and maintaining the organizations existing simplification tools
• Creating templates and fallback guides to simplify contracts

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of contracts management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Can manage a high volume of requests and competing deadlines
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Strong organizational skills
• Passion to simplify complex problems
• Experience working with AI

Pay

76,000.00 - 133,000.00 USD annually
