A day in the life

As a Contracts Manager supporting AWS Training and Support teams, you'll engage with a diverse portfolio of contracting work. Basic qualifications

• Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of contracts management experience
• Experience supporting contract lifecycle processes, including intake, template creation, drafting, negotiation, and workflow coordination

Preferred qualifications

• Can use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review experience
• In-house experience supporting global teams at a technology company
• Experience working cross-functionally with legal and business teams to operationalize contract workflows and ensure contract templates and intake processes accurately reflect business, legal, and operational requirements

Pay

USA, WA, Seattle - 82,700.00 - 133,000.00 USD annually
