Contracts Manager, Amazon Ring Legal

Key job responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts.
• Managing a high volume of daily contract inquiries of all shapes and sizes.
• Optimizing the organization's existing document and information management tools, using AI as a preferred solution.
• Improving and maintaining the organization's existing simplification tools.
• Creating templates and fallback guides to simplify contracts.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of contracts management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Can manage a high volume of requests and competing deadlines
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Strong organizational skills
• Passion to simplify complex problems
• Experience working with AI

Benefits
