About the role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on client needs
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and briefs
  • Stay updated on legal developments and trends relevant to your area of expertise
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
