About the role
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and team management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support the company's strategic goals.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of marketers.
