Duties And Responsibilities

  • Performs data entry of all contracts, change orders, addendums and color selections into database
  • Processes cancelled contracts and lot transfers
  • Copies and distributes contract to homeowner and other departments
  • Updates contract, start, and permit information on Company Building report
  • Administers Builder 1440 system access, changes, training, and issue resolution
  • Establishes, organizes, and maintains lot files
  • Compiles and distributes weekly and monthly reports
  • Performs new employee training of departmental processes
  • Backs up to other departments, as needed

Knowledge And Skills

  • Maintains Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access experience
  • Showcases detail oriented and organized skills
  • Displays strong multi-tapping skills
  • Works in a fast-paced environment
  • Solves problems and conducts research

Education And Work Experience

  • Graduation from high school or equivalent
  • Experience with data entry and file management
  • Previous homebuilding experience preferred
