Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs data entry of all contracts, change orders, addendums and color selections into database
- Processes cancelled contracts and lot transfers
- Copies and distributes contract to homeowner and other departments
- Updates contract, start, and permit information on Company Building report
- Administers Builder 1440 system access, changes, training, and issue resolution
- Establishes, organizes, and maintains lot files
- Compiles and distributes weekly and monthly reports
- Performs new employee training of departmental processes
- Backs up to other departments, as needed
Knowledge And Skills
- Maintains Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access experience
- Showcases detail oriented and organized skills
- Displays strong multi-tapping skills
- Works in a fast-paced environment
- Solves problems and conducts research
Education And Work Experience
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Experience with data entry and file management
- Previous homebuilding experience preferred
