The position of Contracts, Compliance, and HR Administrator is currently being managed by a partner company on behalf of a dynamic and fast-growing organization operating within the government contracting sector. This role combines contract administration, financial compliance, and human resources support, offering broad exposure across multiple business functions.

About the role

You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting audit readiness, and ensuring compliance with federal contracting requirements. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing diverse responsibilities, thrives in deadline-driven environments, and is passionate about building efficient and compliant business operations.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree, advanced education, or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in government contracting support, accounting, subcontract administration, finance, human resources, or compliance functions.
  • Demonstrated experience working within government contracting environments, including familiarity with DCAA best practices, FAR, and DFARS requirements.
  • Experience supporting subcontract administration, proposal pricing, cost builds, invoice reviews, and contract compliance activities.
  • Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee records management, and HR compliance processes.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Rippling, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Able to successfully pass a background check and obtain and maintain a Department of War Secret Clearance.
