What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in contracts administration, document management, or a related role, preferably in timeshare, hospitality, or real estate.
- Proven track record of accurate, timely contract processing and attention to detail.
- Strength in organization, communication, and problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, follow procedures meticulously, and maintain confidentiality.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with CRM or contract management systems preferred.
Process and Review Contracts
Process and review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Vacatia’s policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of ownership agreements.
Identify discrepancies or potential issues and proactively resolve them to maintain smooth workflows.
Maintain organized records and track metrics related to contract processing and performance.
Champion teamwork and cross-functional support, contributing to an efficient and reliable contract management process.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
