Responsibilities
- Manage billing and invoicing for copier and printer service contracts
- Process invoices with accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain lease and maintenance contracts
- Respond to customer billing inquiries
- Work with sales and service teams to support contract accuracy
- Create lease, audit, and maintenance contracts in the ERP system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of billing or invoicing experience (copier/print industry preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of billing processes
- Clear communication and customer service skills
- Experience with ERP systems (EAutomate preferred)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Additional Information
Candidates within a reasonable commute to an office location are preferred and eligible for a hybrid schedule after 90 days. Candidates outside of a reasonable commute may be considered for a fully remote schedule with prior copier/printer billing experience.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
