Contracts Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing and invoicing for copier and printer service contracts
  • Process invoices with accuracy
  • Resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain lease and maintenance contracts
  • Respond to customer billing inquiries
  • Work with sales and service teams to support contract accuracy
  • Create lease, audit, and maintenance contracts in the ERP system

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of billing or invoicing experience (copier/print industry preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of billing processes
  • Clear communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (EAutomate preferred)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Additional Information

Candidates within a reasonable commute to an office location are preferred and eligible for a hybrid schedule after 90 days. Candidates outside of a reasonable commute may be considered for a fully remote schedule with prior copier/printer billing experience.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required
