Key Accountabilities
- Ensure sales contracts and frame agreements are updated and valid
- Maintain the internal contract database
- Updated and maintain customer master data in SAP
- Regional liaison to the network legal team
- Regional support for the contract management team
- Regional representative on the global customer master team
- Ensure contractual documents (or relevant information) are communicated and retained as required
- Create, develop and comply with local work instructions
- Maintain training material
- Engage in strategic campaigns and initiatives to manage Distributor Network in North and Latin America
- Participate in cross-functional projects with Network(Strategy), Marketing, Finance and Technical Teams
- Prepare presentations for Senior Leadership
- Support and execute project work assigned to the Network & Distribution Team
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
- Adhere to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentiality
- Maintain professional relationships with company employees, clients and customers, both internal and external
- Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code Of Conduct
Basic Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.
- We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales and 3 years of experience in supply chain, distribution management, project management, service operations; or 7 years of experience in related fields.
- Strong knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for contract processing, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience using analytical, organizational, and administrative skills to identify and solve problems.
- Previous experience in Project Management fields
