Contracts and Acquisitions Program Analyst
About the role
The Opportunity: As a Program Analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Program Analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of acquisitions.
- Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.
- Help with tactical planning using resources like MS Office products and regular interactions with SMEs, engineers, schedulers, and customers.
- Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards through communication.
Requirements
- Experience with DoD acquisitions developing products, such as performance work statement (PWS) and request for proposals (RFP).
- Experience with planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs.
- Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes.
- TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience working in a Program Management Office environment, or 12+ years of experience working in a Program Management Office environment in lieu of a degree.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
