About the role

We're seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the negotiation, execution, and administration of complex EPC, engineering services, and supply agreements for utility-scale renewable energy and digital infrastructure projects.

Key Highlights

• Manage EPC, Engineering Services, Master Supply, and Equipment Agreements
• Support utility-scale solar, battery storage, transmission, and other infrastructure projects
• Partner with legal, engineering, finance, development, and procurement teams
• Lead contract administration, change orders, claims, and risk management
• Coordinate transaction documents, due diligence, and financial close deliverables
• Improve contract processes, templates, and document controls
• Work directly with executive leadership in a high-growth infrastructure platform

Requirements

• 7+ years of contracts management experience in energy, power, or infrastructure
• Experience supporting EPC contractors, developers, or project finance transactions
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, risk allocation, and contract negotiations
• Background in law, paralegal, contract management, or transaction advisory preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; JD or Master's preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base range $110,000 – $140,000
