About the role

The Contractor In Charge (CIC) is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage team members and contractors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other departments.
• Prepare and present project reports and progress updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
