About the role
Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project schedules.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
- Communicate directly with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project progress.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including budget status and potential risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Skills
- Construction management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD).
- Project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, resource allocation).
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
