About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project schedules.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
  • Communicate directly with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project progress.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including budget status and potential risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Skills

  • Construction management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD).
  • Project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, resource allocation).
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
