The Contractor In Charge (CIC) oversees all aspects of a construction project from start to finish, ensuring that the project meets the client’s requirements and adheres to all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and present project reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passing score on a background check
