About the role
The Contractor In Charge (CIC) oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage budgets and resources to meet project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
