About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to meet project deadlines
• Coordinate with clients to address concerns and provide updates
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
