Contractor Compliance Coordinator
Overview
The Contractor Service Coordinator will manage compliance information in various AIT operating systems, assist with contracting and onboarding of service providers, and conduct third-party risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Support Company’s US, Third-Party Risk Management Program through contracting and ongoing diligence of Service Providers to ensure compliance with government rules/regulations and contractual obligations
- Effectively administer company operating systems to ensure service providers internal controls are properly implemented
- Manage and respond to compliance and procedural questions in a timely manner via the ticketing system, email, and incoming phone calls
- Absorb urgent requests from internal customers and provide actionable responses and procedures that maintain service levels
- Perform other duties as assigned

Other Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant industry experience, strongly preferred
- 1-3 years experience in freight forwarding, trade and transportation compliance, and vendor management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle issue/resolution well.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Research skills
