Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Workforce Management & Timekeeping Implementation Consultant to support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of an enterprise time and attendance solution across a large, multi-site construction organization.
Responsibilities
- Assess current timekeeping and workforce management processes.
- Facilitate workshops with business and field stakeholders.
- Develop current-state and future-state workflow documentation.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Support software evaluation, vendor selection, and implementation planning.
- Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities.
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, finance, operations, and IT teams.
- Develop implementation documentation and executive recommendations.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing workforce management, timekeeping, payroll, or labor management solutions.
- Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing platforms such as UKG, Kronos, WorkForce Software, TCP, ADP, or similar workforce management solutions.
- Experience integrating workforce systems with ERP or payroll platforms.
- Background supporting construction, industrial, manufacturing, or field-service organizations.
- Experience with Procore, Viewpoint Vista (Trimble), or similar enterprise platforms is a plus.
