What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring leaders to clarify role needs, priorities, and success profiles, translating business goals into thoughtful hiring strategies
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, candidate engagement, and offer processes
- Conduct structured, meaningful interviews that thoughtfully assess skills, potential, and alignment with team needs
- Share clear recommendations with hiring managers, helping them move forward with confidence and momentum
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and creative sourcing methods
- Deliver a positive experience for every candidate, regardless of outcome

- Anticipate challenges and adjust recruiting approaches quickly as priorities or market conditions change
- Use data, feedback, and lived experience to continuously improve how we hire and how candidates experience CIH
- Contribute to long-term workforce planning by spotting trends, strengths, and future talent needs
- Partner across Talent Acquisition and HR teams to share insights and improve processes
- Help teams make well-informed decisions by balancing urgency, quality, and long-term fit
- Collaborate across functions, valuing different perspectives to arrive at better outcomes
