Contract Specialist, US & CA Government
About the role
The Government Contract Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating and administering all phases of service contract management within the Government Contracts team, including quoting, contract review, order creation, modifications, and ongoing contract administration across federal, state, and local government customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations
- Support accurate revenue recognition
- Maintain audit readiness
- Enable a seamless customer experience through efficient and high-quality contract execution
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
- Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, contract administration, or proposal development in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including quoting, compliance review, order processing, invoicing, and contract modifications
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
- An intermediate Excel level is required
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or vocational education is required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred (or equivalent experience)

Pay
The pay range for this position in Nashville, Tennessee, is $24.00 to $37.00 year, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
