Contract Specialist

We are seeking a Contract Specialist responsible for reviewing, analyzing, redlining, and negotiating low to medium complexity contracts in collaboration with Legal, Sourcing, Risk, and Business teams. The role ensures contract compliance with policies and risk standards, issues and manages contracts, and may exercise signature authority. It also includes contract consolidation, management of legacy contracts, and defining required agreements based on engagement type.

Responsibilities

• Study, optimize, and document contract processes.
• Review, redline, and negotiate low to medium complexity contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sourcing, Risk, and Business teams throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and risk standards.
• Issue, manage, and maintain contracts, including exercising signature authority when authorized.
• Consolidate contracts and manage legacy agreements.
• Define required agreements based on the type of engagement.
• Review master agreements and support sourcing requests.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 0–2 years of procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) – preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Project – preferred.
• Understanding of basic business concepts – preferred.
