Contract Specialist

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to review and manage low to medium complexity contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk standards. The role involves analyzing, redlining, negotiating, and issuing contracts, collaborating with Legal, Sourcing, Risk, and Business teams. The Contract Specialist acts as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders and may exercise signature authority within guidelines. Responsibilities include contract consolidation, management, and retention of NA Indirect contracts, as well as defining master agreements, reviewing SOW templates, and identifying process improvements. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, with 0-2 years procurement experience. Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement systems like Ariba or SAP. Additional skills such as Microsoft Project experience and understanding of online procurement platforms are preferred. The position is based in an office environment with minimal travel, potential for overtime, and on-site work.
