Contract Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer a variety of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and Statements of Work.
• Oversee contracts throughout the full lifecycle, from initial drafting through execution, renewal, and closeout.
• Support aviation maintenance, service, and vendor agreements to ensure operational continuity.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to address contract terms, obligations, and compliance requirements.
• Assess contractual risks and provide recommendations that align with organizational objectives and mitigate exposure.
• Maintain organized contract records and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of contract administration, management, or negotiation experience.
• Proven success managing contracts through the full lifecycle.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract risk, compliance, and legal terminology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; legal, paralegal, certification, or military contracting experience a plus.
