Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional resolution of inquiries.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
  • Coordinate with customers, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless and effortless customer experience.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including booking agreements, maintaining contract data, and ensuring compliance with billing, shipping, and contractual terms.
  • Partner with Sales to support renewals, prevent expirations, enable new placements, and research, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to pricing and contract terms.
