Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Review all closing documents to ensure all closing documents are signed and notarized correctly
- Prepare a copy of all the closing documents for the homebuyers to keep as their records
- Give the homebuyers a warrant booklet
- Issue the keys to the homebuyer once they have been approved by the Escrow Officer
Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
