Contract Talent Acquisition Partner, Marketing & Operations located in Austin, TX. Hybrid work arrangement, requiring in‑office presence at least three days per week. Contract employment type. TogetherWork seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to provide recruiting support across Marketing and specialized Operations hiring within its growing SaaS organization. The primary need is a recruiter with strong Marketing recruiting expertise who can partner with Marketing leaders and recruit across multiple specialized Marketing disciplines, while also supporting professional and specialized Operations searches and flexing to additional recruiting needs as business priorities evolve. The role requires stepping into an established recruiting environment, quickly learning the business, and beginning to execute immediately.
