Pay

$45–$55/hr

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, and corporate roles
• Build passive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and talent mapping
• Partner closely with hiring managers on search strategy, market intelligence, and candidate calibration
• Drive process improvements, recruiting analytics, and candidate experience initiatives
• Manage 20–25 concurrent requisitions while maintaining high-quality delivery

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong passive sourcing and “hunter” mindset
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, operations, construction, or IT talent
• Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
