Contract Reporting Specialist (Hybrid)
About the role
We are seeking a Contract Reporting Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. This role involves interpreting contracts, coordinating with internal teams to produce accurate reports and analyses, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with all customer requirements and requests.

Qualifications
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy

- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with sharp administrative skills
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to work under deadlines with an open-minded attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven proficiency with Word and Outlook
- Ability to quickly learn new technical, reporting, and administrative systems
Additional Information
At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties. For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $25.72-$33.65 depending on relevant experience & skillset. This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
