Contract Recruiter - Financial Services

About the role

This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent in a fast-paced investment management environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit
• Cook up and manage interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentation within ATS systems
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Provide market insights, compensation trends, and recruiting updates to stakeholders
• Support recruiting process improvements and hiring initiatives as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Prior recruiting experience within financial services, investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or related industries preferred
• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development experience
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
