Financial Services Recruiter Day-to-Day: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptanceSource, engage, and recruit top talent for positions within mortgage, insurance, real estate, banking, wealth management, and other financial services sectorsConduct high-volume outbound recruiting efforts, including calls, emails, text messaging, and social outreachConduct virtual and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, production history, and cultural fitBuild and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidatesPartner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, market conditions, and ideal candidate profilesProvide consistent communication and updates to clients throughout the recruitment processCoordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and facilitate offer presentationsAssist with onboarding and offer documentation as neededMaintain accurate candidate and client records within our ATS and CRM systemsCollaborate with leadership to improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and overall client experience What We Look For In a Financial Services Recruiter: Previous recruiting experience requiredStrong preference for experience recruiting within mortgage, insurance, real estate, banking, wealth management, sales, or other financial services sectorsStrong communication skills and the ability to build instant rapportComfortable conducting phone screens, virtual interviews, and high-volume candidate outreachTech savvy with experience using ATS platforms, Sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google WorkspaceProfessional, polished, and client-focusedDetail-oriented and highly organized.
