Contract Recruiter

WCS Healthcare Partners is looking for a skilled talent acquisition professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume and diverse requisitions, supporting full-cycle recruiting processes to meet the staffing needs of the organization.

This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment activities.
• Handle a workload of 15-20 requisitions efficiently.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and culture.
• Maintain a strong executive presence and represent the company professionally in all interactions.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience specifically in Real Estate, Retail, Healthcare, or related field.
• MS Office experience required.
• ATS Experience required.
