Contract Recruiter

About the role

The Contract Recruiter will work remotely for a 2-3 month period to recruit manufacturing sector positions such as Product Engineers, Account Managers, MFG Quality Engineer, Product Manager, Quality Manager, Buyer/Planner, Product/Data Manager, and more.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to define role requirements.
• Build talent pipelines via social media and job boards.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Extend offers, negotiate salary and terms, and manage the pre-employment process.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Track recruiting metrics and status.
• Determine compensation based on various factors.
