Contract Recruiter

Recruiter Location: Remote (Company based in Portland, ME) Pay: $40–$45/hour We're partnering with a growing professional services organization to identify an experienced Recruiter who can make an immediate impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, and has experience recruiting for professional, client-facing roles. This position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of professional-level openings while collaborating with leaders across the organization. What You'll Do Manage a full-cycle recruiting workload of approximately 20 open positions at a time.Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process.Build strong relationships with business leaders, providing market insight and recruiting guidance while knowing when to challenge hiring decisions and when to influence outcomes.Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates and maintain accurate recruiting data.Maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs. What We're Looking For 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience recruiting within a professional services, consulting, or similar client-service environment.Strong experience hiring professional-level, client-facing talent such as consultants, project managers, technology professionals, healthcare professionals, or other specialized business roles.Previous in-house/corporate recruiting experience preferred. Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS experience is a plus but not required).Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions when appropriate.Ability to work independently with minimal training and quickly contribute to recruiting efforts.
