Use workday to post jobsScreen applicants to ensure job requirements are metConduct phone screen interviews.Schedule on-site interviews with supervisors/managers.Coordinate pre-employment screening (substance testing and background checks)Ensure accurate tracking of all applicants in workday.Schedule, coordinate, and conduct new hire orientations including SME timeslots for EHS, FSQA, etc.Produce weekly metrics and reportsAssist with internal job postings.Other duties as assigned.
