About the role
Join our team as a Contract Recruiter to assist the HR department in supporting plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Use Workday to post jobs.
- Screen applicants to ensure job requirements are met.
- Conduct phone screen interviews.
- Schedule on-site interviews with supervisors/managers.
- Coordinate pre-employment screening (substance testing and background checks).
- Ensure accurate tracking of all applicants in Workday.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct new hire orientations, including SME timeslots for EHS, FSQA, etc.
- Produce weekly metrics and reports.
- Assist with internal job postings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior recruiting experience.
- Ability to use MS Suite.
- Prior use of Workday preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
