Responsibilities
- Support the organization's recruiting efforts by establishing and maintaining a pool of potential candidates.
- Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates to fill organizational roles using various methods.
- Work closely with Talent, HR, and hiring managers to determine hiring goals and needs.
- Perform full-cycle recruiting including posting requisitions, sourcing, phone screens, scheduling interviews, sending candidate assessments, extending offers, conducting background checks, and moving candidates to the onboarding stage.
- Consult with hiring managers to understand roles and profiles of ideal candidates.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to ensure understanding of job requirements.
- Perform daily requisition management and reconciliation to properly disposition applicants and update the recruiting report.
- Schedule interviews as needed.
- Inform candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation, benefits, and career advancement opportunities relevant to the job.
- Gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates to identify opportunities for improvement and enable informed decisions.
- Keep candidates informed of the recruiting process from start to finish.
- Extend job offers as needed.
- Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
- Experience using Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably ADP).
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong relationship-building skills with all-level internal customers and external candidates.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to lead and drive the recruiting process.
- Collaborative team player but also able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Technically savvy with the ability to learn and use new recruiting tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
